Project Evaluation Form

An analysis of the heat temperatures and flows are necessary to determine recoverable BTU. Additionally, an analysis of the condensing cycle and source are necessary in order to establish the Delta T for power generation. Your attention to detail while filling out this form is greatly appreciated. Missing information may prevent ElectraTherm from responding to your request for power output.

*For closed loop water supplies we will need a heat input rate to calculate your output potential. Typically, this will be in BTU/hour or kW thermal power. For engines, please do not add exhaust gas heat to this value. We will calculate this based on temperature and flow in the next section below or from your data sheet.

(Minimum: 350kW) (Minimum: 1,200,000 Btu/hr)
(Example: space heating, absorption chiller, domestic hot water, etc)

If heat is currently available from engine exhaust or stack heat, please complete engine exhaust or stack heat section

VI. Cooling Source

An analysis of the condensing cycle is necessary in order to establish the Delta T for power generation.

Climate conditions are critical to assessing green machine output estimates.

Green Machine output assessments include air cooled condensing. Climate conditions are critical to assessing Green Machine output estimates. Please fill out the following.

°F °C

If water cooling is currently available, please complete this section

°F °C

GPM (Gallons per Minute) l/s (Liter per second)

Source of condensing water

(Target 50-70° F, Target Flow of 140-240 GPM) (Target 10-21° C; Target Flow of 9-15 l/s)

(Example: Process Cooling, AC, etc)

For other than potable water, please describe water source and quality

VII. Attention End User

Your heat source and condensing source description as listed above including operating conditions has either been instrument measured and/or noted by you. Because our estimate is an analysis of expected power output for your specific application, please verify that the information is complete and accurate. This will allow us to proceed with estimated output for an ElectraTherm Green Machine.
