ElectraTherm partnered with ConocoPhillips<\/a> to install two Green Machines (now the Power+ Generator) at a natural gas compression station in Alberta, Canada. ElectraTherm\u2019s ORC generators produce electrical output up to 65kWe each, running in parallel off the waste heat of a Waukesha 7042 natural gas engine. The waste heat available generates approximately 90 kW of fuel-free, emission-free electricity at the site. The ORC generators are remotely monitored 1,200 miles away and represent ElectraTherm’s first commercial units that are CRN and CSA approved for Canadian deployments.<\/p>\n

Exhaust heat from the natural gas engine is converted to hot water and added to the jacket water heat through an engine glycol cooling loop combined with an Aprovis<\/a> exhaust gas heat exchanger. The waste heat enters our system at 230\u00b0F (110\u00b0C) and 180 GPM (11 l\/s), where it\u2019s converted into usable onsite power. This specific site was retrofitted into an existing compressor using an engine driven radiator\/gas cooling system. Compression applications that integrate an ORC system benefit from reduced cooling loads and onsite electrical generation. This increases efficiency by reducing fuel consumption and emissions or by providing additional horsepower.<\/p>\n

\u82e5\u8981\u77ad\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4e26\u77ad\u89e3 ElectraTherm \u7684\u7522\u54c1\u662f\u5426\u9069\u5408\u60a8\uff0c\u8acb\u9020\u8a2a\u6211\u5011\u7684\u00a0\u7522\u54c1\u9801\u9762<\/u><\/a>\u00a0\u6216\u00a0\u806f\u7d61\u6211\u5011<\/u><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

BITZER Group \u7684 ElectraTherm \u5229\u7528\u6709\u6a5f\u6717\u80af\u5faa\u74b0\u53ca\u5c08\u6709\u6280\u8853\u5c07\u4f4e\u6eab\u71b1\u80fd\u8f49\u63db\u70ba\u6e05\u6f54\u96fb\u529b\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e16\u754c\u7d1a\u7684\u5ee2\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002ElectraTherm \u7c21\u55ae\u6709\u6548\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u53ef\u7522\u751f\u4e7e\u6de8\u96fb\u529b\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u3001\u964d\u4f4e\u80fd\u6e90\u6210\u672c\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u6c23\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4e14\u7121\u9700\u984d\u5916\u6d88\u8017\u71c3\u6599\u3002ElectraTherm \u5df2\u5411 13 \u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u904b\u9001\u4e86 100 \u591a\u53f0 ORC \u88dd\u7f6e\uff0c\u904b\u884c\u6642\u9593\u8d85\u904e 2,000,000 \u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u662f\u5c0f\u578b\u5ee2\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5168\u7403\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n

BITZER\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7368\u7acb\u88fd\u51b7\u58d3\u7e2e\u6a5f\u88fd\u9020\u5546\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u8fd13,500\u540d\u5168\u7403\u54e1\u5de5\uff0c\u5e74\u5747\u92b7\u552e\u984d\u63a5\u8fd110\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\uff0cElectraTherm\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u6280\u8853\u512a\u52e2\u8207BITZER\u7684\u652f\u6301\u50f9\u503c\u76f8\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u4f7fElectraTherm\u5718\u968a\u80fd\u5920\u7e7c\u7e8c\u958b\u767c\u884c\u696d\u9818\u5148\u7684ORC\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u9019\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u5730\u7403\u90fd\u6709\u597d\u8655\u3002<\/p>\n
