The new name was developed to better describe the product and its primary function. ElectraTherm\u2019s Power+ Generator produces fuel-free, emission-free power from waste heat utilizing Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) and proprietary technology. The company decided on the name Power+ Generator because ElectraTherm\u2019s heat to power systems do more than generate clean power: they can reduce onsite power costs, replace radiators on stationary engines, lower cooling costs, provide additional heating, and much more. Power+ Generators are flexible and can fit within many varying waste heat to power applications.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe new name captures the broad range of functionality and benefits provided by our systems,\u201d said John Fox, CEO of ElectraTherm. \u201cWe tested several variants of new names with our employees, customers and our distributor network. The feedback on the Power+ Generator has been very positive. With our market-leading installed fleet and our new offerings centered on turnkey systems, the time is right to update our branding to better reflect our position in the marketplace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ElectraTherm Power+ Generators will still utilize the same model numbers: the <a title=\"Power+ Generator 4200 \u2013 Up to 35kWe\" href=\"https:\/\/electratherm.com\/pt\/produtos\/power-plus-generator-4200-up-to-35kwe\/\">4200<\/a> (up to 35kW), the <a title=\"Power+ Generator 4400 \u2013 up to 65kWe\" href=\"https:\/\/electratherm.com\/pt\/produtos\/power-plus-generator-4400-up-to-65kwe\/\">4400<\/a> (up to 65kW) and the <a title=\"Power+ Generator 6500 \u2013 up to 110kWe\" href=\"https:\/\/electratherm.com\/pt\/produtos\/power-plus-generator-6500-up-to-110kwe\/\">6500<\/a> (up to 110kW). The Power+ Generator generates fuel-free, emission-free power from waste heat up to 116\u00b0C\/240F. Hot water enters the machine where it heats a working fluid into pressurized vapor. As the vapor expands, it drives ElectraTherm\u2019s patented twin screw power block, which spins an electric generator and produces up to 110kWe.<\/p>\n<p>ElectraTherm\u2019s Power+ Generator utilizes waste heat on applications such as internal combustion engines, biomass, geothermal\/co-produced fluids and solar thermal. ElectraTherm\u2019s fleet of 50 global installations has accrued more than 330,000 hours of runtime to date.
