Die Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC)-Systeme wurden in einem zentralen Fernw\u00e4rmesystem in der Slowakei eingesetzt, um die Effizienz vor Ort zu erh\u00f6hen und saubere Energie zu erzeugen.<\/p>\n<p>Power+ von ElectraTherm erzeugt brennstoff- und emissionsfreien Strom aus Niedertemperatur-Abw\u00e4rme. Die Anlage mit 10 Maschinen nutzt die Abw\u00e4rme von zwei Rolls Royce-Gasturbinen in einem kombinierten Kreislauf. Die Abgase der Turbinen werden durch einen Dampferzeuger mit W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung geleitet, und die Abgase mit niedrigeren Temperaturen, die nicht genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen, erzeugen hei\u00dfes Wasser zur Deckung des Heizbedarfs im Fernw\u00e4rmesystem der Gemeinde. W\u00e4hrend sich der Dampf ausdehnt, treibt er den patentierten ElectraTherm-Doppelschraubenblock an, der einen elektrischen Generator antreibt und emissionsfreien Strom erzeugt. Im Parallelbetrieb erzeugen die Power+ Generatoren in Levice etwa 500 kWe.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend Gas- und Dampfturbinen in ganz Europa f\u00fcr die Stromerzeugung und Fernw\u00e4rme genutzt werden, ist dies die erste Anwendung dieser Art, bei der die ORC-Technologie von ElectraTherm f\u00fcr die Abw\u00e4rme mit niedrigeren Temperaturen eingesetzt wird.
