Die Produktionsst\u00e4tte ist seit 1884 in Betrieb und pflegt eine Kultur der Umweltstandards, die darauf ausgerichtet ist, sicherzustellen, dass alle Abf\u00e4lle auf die effizienteste und umweltfreundlichste Weise verarbeitet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Produktionsanlage betreibt vier 250 kW Verbrennungsmotoren f\u00fcr die Stromversorgung vor Ort. Die Power+ Generatoren von ElectraTherm laufen parallel zu zwei der Motoren und werden mit Hei\u00dfwasser aus den Mantelwasser- und Abgassystemen der Motoren bei 88-95<strong>\u00b0<\/strong>C. Die Maschinen werden durch einen K\u00fchlturm gek\u00fchlt, den die Anlage bereits f\u00fcr ihren chemischen Prozess nutzt. Das kalte Wasser flie\u00dft mit ca. 16-24 \u00b0C durch die Power+ Generatoren.<\/p>\n<p>Jeder der beiden eingesetzten Verbrennungsmotoren erzeugt derzeit zwischen 175-220 kWe, was mehr als 700 kWth an industrieller Abw\u00e4rme entspricht. Die beiden Power+-Generatoren erzeugen jeweils etwa 33 kWe, was die Effizienz des Standorts erh\u00f6ht und den CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck der Anlage verringert. Der erzeugte Strom wird ins Netz zur\u00fcckgespeist und erf\u00fcllt die nationalen Anforderungen an die Einspeiseverg\u00fctung f\u00fcr erneuerbare Energien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\"Die ORC-Technologie erg\u00e4nzt das Streben der Tschechischen Republik nach der Erreichung ihrer nationalen Ziele f\u00fcr erneuerbare Energien, da sie eine bereits vorhandene W\u00e4rmequelle nutzt, ohne die Investitionen, den \u00f6kologischen Fu\u00dfabdruck und das Risiko, die oft mit anderen erneuerbaren Technologien verbunden sind.
